We use your data to operate the platform, facilitate secure connections between educators and employers, process direct Tour Requests for parents, and display community articles.
3. Data Visibility & Security (The “Privacy Lock”)
We employ a strict data visibility protocol to protect Job Seekers:
- Public View: General visitors and search engines will only see a masked version of an educator’s name (e.g., “Sarah S.”), their general location, and a summary of their skills.
- Verified View: Only Nursery accounts that have been manually verified by our administration team are granted access to an educator’s full name, direct email address, phone number, and downloadable CV/Portfolio.
We implement standard security measures to protect your data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketers. Data provided by parents via the “Book a Tour” form is sent directly to the respective nursery and securely logged in our system solely for the nursery’s analytics.
